HTHP Soft Flow / Over Flow Fabric Dyeing Machine:

1    The new way to dye woven & knitted fabrics with delicate and the sensirive structure.

Compact design, all wetted parts are manufactured out of heavy duty stainless Stell AISI 316.

2 Teflon coated basket for smooth movement of fabrics. It also prevents pilling and frictional damage to the fabric.

3 SS Steel cast circulation pump with mechanical seal.

4 Frequency control AC drive for accurate speed variation of Inner reel for different types of fabrics.

5 High volume Lint filter, which is required for cotton and heavy GSM fabric.

6 Magnetic level indicator.

7 Over flow type nozzle gives maximum water flow with low pressure.

8 Low Liquor ratio - 1:5 to 6. (It depends upon type of dry fabric weight)

9 Maximum working Temperature - 143 Degree Celsius.

10 Maximum working pressure - 3.5 kg/cm2

11 Highly efficient heat exchanger to ensure quick heating & cooling.

12 Fully automatic version with advance microprocessor control. (Optional / extra cost)

13 Fill / Drain / Overflow Valves are automatic.

14 Extra Service Tank with Starrier for salt for Excellent Dyeing results.

15 Pre-Heating water storage tank reduce process time.
